OVERALL EXPERTISE WAS AN A+!!! I was searching for a 2009 Acura TSX Tech package and I sent quite a few online leads to Acura Dealers around the beltway. Inside 5 minutes, I received a phone call and an a detailed e-mail from a Sales Representative at Radley Acura. Following setting up an appointment with the Rep to test drive the vehicle, I was amazed how friendly the staff and how gorgeous the dealership was. They gave me an excellent cost on my new TSX (that I love) and did not pressure me to create a deal that day. Despite the fact that I did get it that day since the price was proper, the Sales Person was professional and informative along with the overall encounter was an A+. I would highly suggest should you are in the market for a brand new or pre-owned auto go to Radley Acura in Falls Church, VA and if they take as excellent care of you as they did me - will probably be beyond impressed! Also, in case you do not need to haggle over cost in-person and have somebody answer your questions on your time, I would totally suggest that you go and take a look at the cars I hope your auto acquiring encounter is as pleasurable as mine was at Radley Acura. 5/5 stars - well deserved!

PEACE OF MIND I have usually been treated quite professionally and extremely courteously at Radley. For the life of me, It's a minimum of a 4.7 in my opinion. I marked down the cost factor, since I feel in general dealer's repair shops are much more costly, but I'm willing to pay additional for the peace of mind of having Acura trained mechanics servicing my RL. Carolyn Mason has been absolutely nothing short of superb! She is really a credit to Radley as well as the Acura name. She deserves a raise and promotion.

I did all kinds of research and after calling Radley Acura and speaking to Charles Douglas, my search was over. He carefully listened to what I needed and carefully selected the model I necessary and he was entirely accurate. He spent time with the setup of the auto...bluetooth, etc. and created my very first service appointment for me. I totally LOVE this TSX. I would recommend Radley to anybody and give them TEN stars if I could.
